Hi, recently upgraded to windows 11 on my Dell XPS 13 laptop, no issues except when I try to play an online game it lags like 1 frame a second. Have checked task manager and Windows Antivirus Defender is running on every startup using 50% memory, as if I have dozens of apps open when nothing is. Have tried to uncheck startup run privilege but to no avail. Any advice would be appreciated I'm on windows 11 btw so the only way I can disable Windows defender is to have another antivirus installed
